Creative Producer.

My name is Lindsey. I started my career as a graphic designer working on marketing creative for AAA games, but over time I found myself drawn more to the production side, how the work comes together, how teams stay aligned, and how ideas move from concept to delivery. I am currently working in a Creative Management role at OMG23, dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, where I continue to build on that focus.

I am most effective in a supportive leadership role, where I can create clarity, remove obstacles, and keep projects moving so the team can stay focused on the creative. My background in design, combined with certifications in project management and digital marketing, gives me a well rounded perspective. I am comfortable navigating both the creative and operational sides of the process and making sure they stay aligned from start to finish.
